I've been in sort of a fugue state lately. I don't think I need to say why.
However, one of the things that I've wanted to do here is make sure I'm sharing resources that I find to help deal with... well all of this... and a good source I've found is this one.

Spend 5 minutes. Make 5 calls. Make your voice heard.
Basically it's a website that helps you make the needed calls to your reps about specific issues. You put your information in, and it gives you the numbers to your reps and a script for a message you can leave based on the issue you want to call about. It is very useful, especially now when I feel like I don't have the spoons or the fucks for anything right now.
